For the July-to-September period, LTM Limited posted a quarter in which top-line revenue and operating profit moved ahead on a sequential basis, even as bottom-line earnings slipped by 4.8%. The information technology services firm also put forward an interim dividend of ₹25 per equity share.
Measured against the prior quarter's ₹11,608 crore, the company's top line edged up by 1.7% to reach ₹11,807.6 crore. Operating profit — measured before interest and tax obligations are deducted — climbed 2.2%, moving from ₹1,799.3 crore in the prior quarter to ₹1,838 crore in the period under review.
On a sequential basis, the company's bottom-line earnings slipped to ₹1,397.9 crore from ₹1,468.6 crore the prior quarter, a decline of 4.8%.
Venu Lambu, who holds the chief executive and managing director roles at LTM, attributed the company's across-the-board results to the way its artificial intelligence-oriented approach had been put into practice. Combined, the Enterprise AI and Business AI segments posted a 47% increase in revenue compared with the same period a year earlier.
The company attributed the arrival of a Financial Services client into its USD 100 million-plus revenue tier to what it described as a cross-domain technology convergence strategy, while also bringing 20 new clients on board during the quarter to lift its total active roster to 729.
Heading into the comparison period, the roster of accounts delivering more than $5 million annually grew by 14, reaching 172, while the cohort clearing the $10 million threshold added 16 further names to land at 109. Clients spending more than $20 million apiece expanded in number from 45 to 51, while those crossing the $50 million threshold edged up from 14 to 15. Within that bracket, one additional client relationship brought the count to three.
At the close of the reported period, LTM's workforce numbered 88,835 people, with staff departures over the preceding twelve months running at a rate of 13.3 percent. When trainees are set aside, the utilisation rate came in at 86.4 per cent.
An interim dividend of ₹25 per equity share — against a face value of ₹1 — was approved by the company's board for distribution to shareholders. Shareholders on record as of October 23, 2026 will be entitled to the distribution, with payment scheduled to follow within thirty days of the formal declaration.
Trading in LTM ended the week with the stock at ₹4,385 — a gain of ₹135, or 3.18% — as investors positioned themselves before the company's earnings release.
