Trump Returns Early from Camp David as Iran Sends Seven Conditions for Negotiations

US President Donald Trump is cutting short his Camp David stay to return to the White House on Saturday evening, as Iran announces it has sent seven conditions to Washington through Qatar for restarting conflict negotiations. Iran's conditions include an end to hostilities, the release of frozen funds, and an end to the US naval blockade. Qatar and Pakistan are actively mediating between Tehran and Washington. Separately, US diplomatic missions across nine Middle Eastern countries have issued security alerts advising American citizens to remain vigilant amid rising regional tensions.

Trump departed Camp David ahead of schedule to return to the White House, as Iran set out seven conditions it says must be fulfilled before diplomatic negotiations over the conflict can restart. Rezaei disclosed to a media outlet that a response from President Trump had yet to arrive. In a separate post on X, Rezaei described Iran's position as clear-cut, stating that the country was prepared for all-out war if the United States chose not to accept its terms, and that agreeing to those terms would be in Washington's own interest. Qatar and Pakistan are reportedly mediating efforts to restart negotiations between Tehran and Washington, after a prior arrangement between the two sides expired last month.
