Wonderful, an Israeli artificial intelligence agents firm, has secured a $550 million funding round valuing the company at $5 billion, with Insight Partners leading the deal and contributions from Salesforce, Bessemer Venture Partners, Index Ventures, Vine Ventures, IVP, and 9Yards Capital.
Based in Tel Aviv, Wonderful provides AI agent deployment services to businesses operating in non-English-speaking markets. Ranked among the fastest-expanding businesses in Israel, the firm has seen accelerated revenue growth driven by its AI agents — automation software capable of handling functions across customer support, sales operations, financial processes, and administrative tasks within an organisation.
The company launched as a developer of AI agents designed to facilitate direct interactions between businesses and their customers, users, or staff. The offering then spread across additional enterprise agent products before moving into the professional services space, where it assists clients with deploying its artificial intelligence tools within their organisations, a process that also drives broader product revenue.
CEO Bar Winkler noted in June that the company had recognised demand not just for voice agents but for a broad range of AI-driven tools spanning chat, email, sales, and operations, covering any workflow where employees move data between systems.
Since a financing round in March 2026, Wonderful has grown its presence to more than 35 markets and now employs around 650 people, approximately half of whom are based in Israel. Wonderful has also broadened the functionality of its proprietary enterprise AI platform, which now handles complete end-to-end workflow automation without human intervention.
The company launched operations across multiple markets, among them Israel, offering a platform designed to help organisations build and deploy AI agents. Over time, the organisation expanded its range of offerings to encompass voice and operational agents, multi-user systems, and software development tools.
Wonderful has evolved into a comprehensive AI management platform for enterprises, bundling the tools, governance features, and operational controls needed to deploy and run AI at scale — a factor that analysts point to as a driver of the company's accelerating customer adoption. Beyond the operating system, on-site rollout is supported through a team of dedicated field deployment engineers.
Through this approach, Wonderful supports organisations in deploying AI technology from the outset, while helping clients broaden adoption of the platform across all areas of the business. The company's research and production hub in Israel is set to expand threefold over the next twelve months as part of its broader growth strategy, with the aim of bolstering regional operations and advancing the firm's internal management platform.
Winkler described the current moment as the beginning of a new phase of organisational change. Proponents argue that AI operating systems may come to underpin future organisations in much the same way that cloud platforms have shaped modern enterprise infrastructure.
Data from a range of organisations indicates that AI adoption tends to spread across departments once it takes hold in any one area of a business. Without a unified platform, organisations face the possibility of reproducing the same siloed inefficiencies that have long characterised the conventional SaaS landscape. A shared AI platform becomes more valuable to an enterprise as broader parts of the business adopt and depend upon it.
The firm, which Winkler and CTO Roey Lalazar co-founded and which had raised around $290 million before the latest round, stated that the new capital would allow it to extend its reach to a broader range of organisations as they plan for the future. Its clients in Israel span banking, healthcare, telecommunications, and energy, including institutions such as Bank Hapoalim, Israel Discount Bank, Maccabi Health Services, Bezeq, Pazgas, Menorah Mivtachim, and Libra.
