Twelve days into its theatrical run, Drishyam: The Conclusion — featuring Ajay Devgn — has accumulated global box-office receipts exceeding Rs 500 crore. Under Abhishek Pathak's direction, the Hindi-language crime thriller has pulled in net domestic collections surpassing Rs 300 crore across Indian theatres.
Among the cast assembled for Drishyam 3 are Jaideep Ahlawat, Tabu, Prakash Raj, Rajat Kapoor, and Shriya Saran. Starring Ajay Devgn and Jaideep Ahlawat, the third instalment in the Drishyam franchise — formally titled Drishyam: The Conclusion — has posted box office numbers that surpass previous benchmarks set by the series.
Under Abhishek Pathak's direction, the crime thriller collected Rs 62 crore net across Indian theatres on October 2, a single-day domestic tally that stood as the highest opening-day figure Devgn had recorded across his acting career. By the time its second weekend of release arrived, the film had surpassed Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior to sit at the top of the actor's career earnings at the box office.
By the end of its twelfth day in theatres, Drishyam: The Conclusion had accumulated over Rs 500 crore in ticket sales across markets worldwide. The production team posted the milestone on their social media platforms, expressing gratitude toward viewers for the reception the film had received. The post carried a label describing the outcome as definitive and sweeping.
The accompanying poster carried the film's box-office milestone under the phrase "a record-breaking conclusion," while the caption urged audiences to continue their support.
The ensemble assembled for Drishyam 3 — featuring Ajay Devgn, Jaideep Ahlawat, Tabu, Shriya Saran, Rajat Kapoor, Prakash Raj, Kamlesh Sawant, Ishita Dutta, and Mrunal Jadhav, alongside additional cast members — comes as the preceding instalment, subtitled The Conclusion, recorded a worldwide gross box office collection surpassing Rs 500 crore. Backing from Star Studio18 and Panorama Studios brought the film into production, with the screenplay taking shape through the collaborative efforts of Abhishek Pathak, Aamil Keeyan Khan, and Parveez Shaikh. Four producers — Alok Jain, Ajit Andhare, Kumar Mangat Pathak, and Abhishek Pathak — are credited with bringing the project to screen.
Portraying SP Crime Branch officer Rajveer Singh Tomar in the concluding instalment of the crime thriller series, Jaideep Ahlawat takes on a role centred on unravelling the cover-up maintained by Vijay Salgaonkar — played by Ajay Devgn — and those closest to him. Over the course of eleven years, Drishyam: The Conclusion brings Vijay's story with investigators to a close, drawing the narrative built around his repeated attempts to remain beyond their reach to an end.
