Apple Appoints Former Meta Executive Scott Tucker as VP of Global Litigation and Financial Services

Apple has created a new Vice President of Global Litigation and Financial Services role, appointing former Meta Deputy General Counsel Scott Tucker to the position. The move is part of a broader legal reorganization under General Counsel Jennifer Newstead. Tucker will oversee global commercial and patent litigation as well as Apple's financial services legal matters, with several reporting structure changes also taking effect across the legal leadership team.
