Northern Ireland's Youngest Post-War Starting XI Delivers Dominant Nations League Victory

Northern Ireland's youngest post-war starting lineup recorded a UEFA Nations League victory with goals from Ciaron Brown (brace) and Isaac Price, securing a third consecutive clean sheet and back-to-back away wins for the first time since September 2021. The team sits atop their group with seven points from three games.

Unbeaten at the top of their UEFA Nations League group, Northern Ireland put out a starting eleven whose collective age sat below any previously recorded for the side — with Ciaron Brown netting twice and Isaac Price adding a header in between, securing three points against Ukraine roughly a decade on from when the two countries last crossed paths at EURO 2016.
